By accessing or using BinCommand, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

BinCommand is a Dumpster Rental Management Software (SaaS) that provides asset tracking, driver dispatching, and order management services.

3. Accounts and Subscription

A. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

B. Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (e.g., monthly). Payments are processed through Stripe.

C. Cancellation

You may cancel your Subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

4. Use of the Service

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.

• To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way.

• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BinCommand and its licensors.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BinCommand, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, BinCommand expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the Service.

8. Governing Law
